Pay Information Starting pay $36.04 - $41.19 per hour Job Purpose Machine parts to Honda specifications to support line uptime, new model development, and manufacturing line maturation. Key Accountabilities Read and understand blueprints (head and block prints) Use appropriate measuring equipment Troubleshoot and countermeasure manufacturing related issues Provide technical support internal customers Effective time management Ability to manufacture parts using mill, lathe, surface grinder, and various other hand tools Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Experience: 2-5 years of Machine Shop Experience Other Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of Mastercam – Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing software Communication skills Organizational skills Working Conditions Manufacturing Environment Possible travel due to training with new machine installations 0-12 hours overtime per week / Some weekends and holiday work as needed What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
