Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is maintaining knives and scissors to the required sharpness level throughout the shift and ensuring all necessary tools are available at workstations at the start of the shift and after breaks. This role also involves assisting with tool accountability, reporting deficiencies, and performing proper cleaning and sanitation of tools at the end of the shift.
