We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Tool Store Administrator to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Holsworthy, NSW.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Key responsibilities for the Tool Equipment Administrators will include, but not be limited to;

  • Assist in the effective management of the tool store, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly and readily accessible.
  • Provide support for the calibration, maintenance, and servicing of S&TE (Support and Test Equipment) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment).
  • Analyse and support the inventory databases for S&TE and GSE to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the ordering process for common consumables including gases, petrol, oils, lubricants, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist in the implementation and support of supply chain activities and processes.
  • Prepare for, coordinate, and conduct Asset and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) audits.
  • Maintain inventory controls, undertake stocktakes, and ensure the accuracy of equipment holdings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and work towards the closure of non-conformities (NCs) and other quality findings.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the tool store and supporting the broader supply chain and asset management functions.

  • Extensive experience in Defence or similar logistics roles, with a strong background in Inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and action tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and provide regular updates.
  • Strong experience in warehousing and related functions.
  • A valid forklift licence is required to operate warehouse equipment safely
