Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

As the Tool store supervisor, you’ll take the lead in coordinating the maintenance and serviceability of all tooling, test equipment, and ground support systems for the UH-60M program. You’ll also manage activities like calibration schedules, test & tag, and dangerous goods waste disposal—ensuring everything runs smoothly and within compliance under Commonwealth guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate maintenance for Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
  • Oversee tooling maintenance, calibration schedules, and availability
  • Manage databases and inventories for:
  • Tooling, ASE, T&ME, S&TE, and GSE
  • Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP HANA 4) for:
  • Stock issuing, receipting, and movements
  • Force Element inventory management
  • Ensure asset control and stocktake accuracy
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of Tool Store Administrators
  • Manage test and tag activities for electrical compliance
  • Drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with Part 145 MO documentation
  • Work closely with Commonwealth representatives as an embedded team member
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance environment
  • Perform other tasks as directed
