Position Summary LidWorks is seeking a Tooling Technician to join our Engineering Team. This role is responsible for tooling installation and changeovers, maintenance, inventory control, and supporting both production and prototype activities. Key Responsibilities •    Review tool setup sheets and verify all required tooling components prior to installation  •    Evaluate die sets and production lines before installation and startup  •    Perform tooling installations and equipment adjustments across all production lines  •    Conduct line assessments, troubleshooting, and debugging prior to scheduled production startup  •    Adjust tooling according to specifications and complete installation sign-offs  •    Support production during post-changeover startups to ensure products meet quality standards  •    Complete Tool Change Acceptance documentation  •    Perform general tooling maintenance, inspections, and assembly setups  •    Maintain inventory of wear parts, hardware, and shop supplies  •    Provide off-shift tooling support and monitoring as needed  •    Collaborate with Engineering on tooling reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts  •    Maintain cleanliness and proper operating conditions in the machine shop and tool room  Skills & Qualifications •    High school diploma required  •    Trade school certification in Tool & Die or Machine Tool Technology preferred  •    Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) required  •    Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc. required  •    Experience with T/F tooling is a plus  •    Machine shop experience is a plus  Benefits •    Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance  •    Life Insurance  •    Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays  •    401(k) Retirement Plan  •    Opportunities for career growth and advancement  Compensation Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
