As a Toolmaker, you’ll play a critical role in shaping precision tooling that supports our manufacturing operations. This position requires a high level of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure the quality and reliability of our dies and molds

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Completion of a two-year vocational, trade, or technical degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in tool and die making or equivalent training
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents
  • Skilled in geometry, trigonometry, and practical math applications
  • Knowledge of heat treating steels and machining processes

  • Interpret blueprints and plan machining sequences to create complex dies and molds
  • Operate CNC and manual machines to shape and finish tooling components
  • Assemble and verify die/mold dimensions to ensure precision and functionality
  • Recommend design improvements based on analysis of existing tools and fixtures
  • Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance and modifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs and tooling enhancements
