JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tool Force, a leading supplier of high-quality power tools and equipment in Ballybofey, is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tools & Equipment Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a strong understanding of power tools and accessories, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a similar sales or retail role, preferably in tools, hardware, or construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of power tools, accessories, and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and orders efficiently.
• Confidence in tendering for contracts and preparing competitive bids.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and standard computer applications.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

• Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers with selecting the right tools and equipment based on their specific needs and projects.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders for commercial and public sector contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and trade customers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
