About the Role As a Tool Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and profitability of Sulco Tools & Equipment. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service within your territory will help build lasting relationships and contribute to the success of the business. What You Will Do Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities Collaborate with other GPC companies to maintain and expand market share Plan and execute weekly sales activities and customer visits to maximise sales performance Maintain accurate customer profiles and ensure stock levels meet customer needs Promote current product lines and seasonal promotions to customers Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market opportunities Contributing to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving. Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you will have proven sales and account management experience and enjoy working towards KPI's and targets. Our clients are experienced automotive trades professionals, so experience or an interest in the automotive industry is essential. Building relationships will come naturally to you, as well as the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Proven success previously in a sales and/or account management role Mechanically minded with an understanding of the industry/In-depth knowledge around aftermarket parts and products Strong customer focus, having the proven ability to maintain and grow relationships whilst providing personalised service Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and discuss & relay technical information An ability to prioritise and organise your workload to always ensure efficiency High work ethic and a determination to drive sales.
