OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Power Tools & Pneumatic Tools Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing electric and pneumatic tools, compressors, and related equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in repairing and servicing electric and pneumatic tools, compressors, or related equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic systems, air compressors, and small motor repair.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric power tools, pneumatic tools, and compressors.

  • Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics for repair guidance.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding tool care and proper operation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while performing all repairs.
