Full job description

Are you an ambitious real estate professional with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market? We’re looking for a Leasing Executive to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle residential leasing transactions from inquiry to closing
• Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and networking
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospects
• Maintain accurate property listings and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and maximize revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi leasing/rental market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and professional personality
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
