Job Summary: B&A is looking for a Product Owner to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Owner represents customer needs, manages the team backlog, and ensures PeopleSoft-related deliverables provide maximum value. Responsibilities: Define user stories and acceptance criteria Manage and prioritize the team backlog Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams Ensure deliverables meet business and mission needs Support Agile ceremonies and sprint execution Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field/major – OR – Three (3) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master At least one (1) year of experience specifically as a Product Owner Three (3) years of experience working with PeopleSoft Required Skills: Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria Ability to manage and prioritize a product/team backlog Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and development teams Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies Desired Skills: Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Security Clearance Must hold ACTIVE an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
