The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Land Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest survey equipment and software on a wide variety of projects, including topographic land surveys, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land and measured building surveys on-site using modern surveying equipment.
  • Process survey data and produce accurate deliverables using LSS, N4CE, or Topodot software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure project requirements are met to the highest standard.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout all survey activities.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support the development of junior staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in land surveying, including both site work and post-processing.
  • Proficient in LSS/N4CE or Topodot for data processing and deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • CSCS card.
  • DBS check.
  • Drone license (CAA qualification).
  • Experience with a range of survey types, including total stations, 3D laser scanning, mobile mapping and GPS.
