POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Health Facilitator to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Leadership, Learning and Performance, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Human Development, Relational Leadership, Public Health, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to facilitate and present training sessions to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions on health and wellness topics to diverse audiences.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Provide expert advice on leadership, learning, and performance strategies.
• Effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Create high-quality deliverables using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring a “stamp of excellence.”
• Travel up to 20% as required to meet organizational needs.
