Analyze salary structures, allowances, incentives, and benefits costs, and prepare comparison reports. Support market benchmarking activities and participate in compensation surveys. Prepare analytical inputs for salary reviews, promotions, and incentive cycles. Monitor benefits utilization and cost trends, and generate analytical reports. Analyze payroll, benefits, and headcount costs against approved budgets. Track budget utilization and prepare variance analysis reports. Support workforce cost modeling and forecasting exercises. Assist in monitoring financial controls related to compensation and benefits spending. Prepare standard and ad-hoc analytical reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and budgets. Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across HR and finance systems. Maintain structured datasets and documentation for compensation and budget analysis. Analyze existing compensation, benefits, and budget-related processes and identify improvement opportunities. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
