JOB SUMMARY:
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Total Rewards Department, providing
comprehensive support to the Director of Total Rewards and serving as a knowledgeable deputy
in their absence. This individual is responsible for aligning total rewards strategies with
organizational objectives, managing compensation and benefits programs, conducting data
analysis, and facilitating communication and education initiatives. While not directly managing
a team, the Total Rewards Analyst serves as a trusted advisor, contributing expertise and
leadership to enhance the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
