Overview This role will ensure alignment with regional regulatory requirements and enterprise standards, while fostering strong partnerships with external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective benefits solutions. The TR Ops Benefits Analyst will serve as the point of contact for compliance audits, vendor performance reviews, and governance activities, ensuring that all benefits programs are managed with integrity, transparency, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Policy Implementation & Operational Execution Implement benefits policies and programs across EMEA countries in alignment with strategy set by the Global COE and approved by the Total Rewards Lead for EMEA. Benefits Compliance Management Monitor and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards across all EMEA market. Support audits and reporting requirements, escalating risks and non-compliance issues to the TR Lead for EMEA. Vendor Management & Governance Own relationships with external benefits vendors, including onboarding, performance tracking, issue resolution, and contract renewals. Establish and maintain vendor governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with TR COE, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of benefits initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for benefits compliance and vendor-related matters across the region. Risk & Issue Management Identify and mitigate risks related to benefits compliance and vendor performance. Proactively manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting service delivery. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies in benefits compliance and vendor management. Contribute to harmonization and digitization efforts by providing input and support to cross-functional initiatives. Reporting & Insights Deliver regular reporting on vendor performance, compliance status, and operational metrics to the TR Lead for EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery. Qualifications 3-5 years experience in Total Rewards or Benefits, ideally within a matrixed multinational environment. Fluent in English and Polish, other languages welcome but not mandatory. Proven experience managing regional benefits programs across multiple European countries. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization, with exposure to global COEs and regional HR leadership. Familiarity with benefits systems and platforms, including vendor portals and HRIS integrations. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions. High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
