We are searching the best talent for Global Services Total Rewards Americas Compensation Operations Analyst to be located in Bogota, Colombia.
As a Compensation Operations Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Total Rewards strategy and ensuring the flawless execution of compensation across the Americas (Latin America and North America). With your exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, you will partner with team members to determine appropriate compensation levels and contribute to our world-class total rewards initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent, enabling us to continue making groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.

This role will:

  • Provide Americas compensation operational support to Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and line leaders including, but not limited to job offers, year-round compensation, job evaluation/leveling, retention programs, and recognition.
  • Handle the day-to-day assigned tasks, and bring up cases as appropriate.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services as needed to ensure timely delivery of all compensation matters.
  • Provide support to the annual comp cycle activities as required (survey management, salary structures, year-end).
  • Assist with case tracking metrics, other initiatives and projects, and reporting requirements, including other operational processes as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience, desirable at least 1 year experience working in a Compensation and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required), Portuguese proficiency (preferred).
  • Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as majority of clients will not be located onsite.
  • Proficient with Excel is required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Workday, SalesForce, Payfactors, database and HRIS systems, and reporting tools (preferred).
