Location: Spring Grove, IL (On-site)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000/year + 15% ESOP + 10% Target Bonus + Full Benefits
Relocation: Yes
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Advanced degree/certifications preferred)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead HR initiatives in compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy. This role is responsible for aligning HR programs with business goals, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (CCP, CEBS, CWCP preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR/People Ops experience, with strong focus on compensation & benefits.
  • Proven expertise in salary structure, merit, and incentive plans.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA.
  • High integrity in handling sensitive/confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and benchmark compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration: health, dental, vision, life, disability, EAPs, retirement.
  • Lead annual open enrollment and optimize processes.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and recommend strategies for retention and engagement.
  • Guide annual merit and incentive programs.
  • Develop and deliver Total Rewards Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, GINA, and ESOP practices.
  • Handle workers’ compensation cases and coordinate return-to-work accommodations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and HR on cross-functional data sharing.
