REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Total Rewards Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus.
