Description
Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and manage salary structures and compensation programs. * Identify, implement, and optimize AI-enabled and digital solutions for Total Rewards and recognition administration to improve operational efficiency, data quality, employee experience, and strategic decision-making. * Promote employee awareness and understanding of Total Rewards programs through effective communication, education, and engagement campaigns. * Improve recruitment and retention by ensuring accurate position pricing. * Analyze compensation surveys to maintain appropriate pay levels across all departments. * Forecast budgets for salary increases, allowances, commissions, staff costs, and headcount. * Ensure equal pay and benefits based on employees’ experience, skills, gender, and performance. * Calculate and validate monthly commissions for payroll input. * Analyze and propose changes to commission schemes, allowances, salary increases, and other compensation and benefits programs. * Benchmark Umniah’s salary scale and market positioning on an annual basis Education:  Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field. Level of Experience:  Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Essential: * Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office) * Excellent command of English languages both speaking and writing Desirable: * Good knowledge of the telecommunication industry, products, and services * Good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits best practices * Excellent knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law.   Certifications & Licensure: Desirable: * Finance for Non-Finance Certification * Compensation and Benefits related Certification  * Job Evaluation Certification   Tools & Systems: Desirable: * HR Systems such Oracle, MenaITech, SAP, People Soft…etc. * Job Evaluation Systems
