Summary
A Tote Coordinator supports production by staging flush totes for each run and blending. Additionally, the Tote Coordinator is responsible for managing the number of flush totes in the yard and dispositioning said totes for reuse or disposal. Additional duties include working with the lab to support testing.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintains organized flush totes (EOR and BOR) inventory across the site by Flush families.
  2. Organizes Flush Tote Process and Controls, coordinating with Supervisors, Lift Truck Driver(s), Leads and QA the Flush Totes across shifts.
  3. Pulls and places flush totes (EOR and BOR) for blending – provide tote documentation for layered approvals
  4. Pulls and places flush totes (EOR and BOR) for filling lines – HSBL, Drums, Totes, Pails, Pouches – provide tote documentation for layered approvals
  5. Pulls flush totes for disposal – all paperwork completed, reviewed, and approved by the Supervisor prior to shipments
  6. Load flush totes for disposal after approval documentation by the Supervisor
  7. Develop and own the relationship with the flush tote recycle companies, with participation from the direct Supervisor
  8. Arrange flush tote families by category.
