POSITION OVERVIEW

This role represents a dynamic opportunity for a customer-centric professional to deliver superior travel services through comprehensive customer engagement, strategic account management, and meticulous tour planning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education of GCE ‘A’ or ITE(NITEC)
• Prior experience in a travel agency or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Openness to overseas travel, if required.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
