Description
Description About the Role Are you a logistics wizard who lives for the "aha!" moment when a massive project comes together? We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive Tour Coordinator to be the heartbeat of a nationwide experiential marketing tour for one of our biggest clients. This isn’t a "sit back and watch" kind of job. You are the central command center between our key client, their customers, and the MRA team. You’ll be the one solving the puzzles, mapping the route, and making sure that when the wheels stop turning, the magic happens. If you love fast-moving environments and bringing big brand stories to life, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Be Doing The Master Mapper: Coordinate and manage every single tour stop across the U.S. You’ll own the schedule, the on-site requirements, and the timelines that keep the show on the road. The Ultimate Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the client and our internal teams. You’re the one who keeps everyone in the loop and on the same page. The Detail Detective: Collect, verify, and blast out event info to our field teams. If there’s a requirement, you’ve caught it; if there’s a change, you’ve communicated it. The Hype Specialist: Provide "Event Education" to our field teams, sharing best practices to make sure every activation hits maximum engagement. The Guardian of the Brand: Monitor event readiness and safety. You’re the reason our clients sleep well at night, knowing their brand is in perfect hands. The Problem Solver: When a curveball comes (and they always do), you’re already two steps ahead with a solution before, during, and after the even Requirements Who You Are A Logistics Pro: You have 2+ years of experience in events or coordination and you actually enjoy a complex spreadsheet. A Communication Ninja: You can talk to anyone, write a killer update, and keep a cool head when things get busy. Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small stuff that everyone else misses. A Team Player: You’re ready to jump in, help out, and celebrate the wins with the crew. Why MRA? We don’t just move trailers; we create experiences that people never forget. Joining MRA means joining a family of experts who work hard, play hard, and dominate the experiential space. If you’re ready to take your career on the road (from the comfort of our Madison Heights HQ), let’s go!
