REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma (Tourism, Languages, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience in sales or tour operations is a plus
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Fluency in either German or French is required
• Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) are a strong asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to live and work onboard for the full duration of the contract
• Completed STCW safety training or readiness to complete it (approx. 10 days in your passport country)

• Promote and sell shore excursions, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Assist guests during onshore activities, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination
• Prepare tour materials (tickets, maps, badges)
• Provide language support and ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Report guest feedback and activity data to the Tour Manager
