Job Description As a Tour Desk Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable guest experience! In this front-facing role, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, review any pre-arranged incentives, and ensure they’re fully prepared for their upcoming resort tour. Your positive attitude and attention to detail help create a seamless start to the tour process while supporting our sales team's success. As a Tour Desk Agent, you will: Effectively check guests into and out of the tour assignments for that morning Coordinate the general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA. Provide clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management as necessary Help with routine and special projects for the Vice President, General Manager and/or Senior Management Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting internal and external issues Compile and distribute daily and weekly statistical data to members of management, including reports and spreadsheet information about the resorts Coordinate general office administration including correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory Answer multi phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries Qualifications High school diploma or GED (college coursework in hospitality a plus) 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred Friendly, professional communication and guest service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting Comfortable with Microsoft Office and handling phones/inquiries Problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude Additional Information Why Westgate?
