Tour Guide/Driver

We are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Tour Guide/Drivers to join our team and help deliver the exceptional service our guests know and love.
As a Tour Guide/Driver, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the best of the Hunter Valley’s wineries and vineyards, ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, engaging, and unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities
· Lead engaging and informative guided tours, ensuring guests enjoy both education and entertainment.
· Safely transport guests to and from tour locations across the Hunter Valley.
· Provide knowledgeable commentary on the region, wineries, and attractions.
· Assisting with wine tastings, cheese matching, answering questions, and making recommendations.
· Deliver outstanding customer service, attending to guests’ needs and preferences.
· Represent Two Fat Blokes with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm.
· Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
· Keep vehicles clean, tidy, and well-presented.
· Assist with loading/unloading when needed.
· Take part in ongoing training to enhance wine knowledge and tour-leading skills.
Requirements
· Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
· NSW Bus Driver’s Authority (preferable).
· Light Rigid licence (preferable).
· Valid RSA, or willingness to obtain.
· Wine industry knowledge, including varietals and winemaking, highly regarded.
· Experience leading groups (preferred, with training provided if needed).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for exceptional service.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Professional, calm, and adaptable under pressure.
· Commitment to safety and adherence to driving laws.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.31 per hour
Expected hours: 5.5 – 18 per week
