Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage group tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
· Provide engaging and informative commentary about destinations, history, and culture.
· Address client questions and adapt to their needs during tours.
· Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
· Collaborate with the operations team for seamless tour execution.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a tour guide or in customer-facing roles.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills.
· Deep knowledge of local attractions and cultural landmarks.
· Multilingual abilities are a plus. (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
· Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
· A valid Class 4 Driver’s License is required.
