We’re looking for a talented gin lover to join our Visitor Experience Team at 56 North & South Loch Distillery
You’ll be welcoming experience guests to our gin bar and working distillery and educating them on how we distil, bottle, label and ship every bottle of South Loch Gin.
We also run tastings with other gins so we will help expand your knowledge of Scottish gin beyond our own distillery.
56 North is looking for someone that embodies this mentality with a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and the desire to prove themselves in Scotland’s exciting drinks industry.
What we’re looking for:
Dynamic and friendly individual who will greet customers with courtesy, enthusiasm and confidence when delivering our gin experiences.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, and keen to present & host our gin experiences with your own flair to groups of gin experience guests
Flexibility, teamwork, organisational skills
Selling of South Loch Gin and other gins on our experiences including taking payments, and following payment protocols
The ability to think for yourself and manage your time keeping during and between experience times
An interest in gin, distilling and Scotland’s fabulous food and drinks industry
Proficiency in customer service; making phone calls, using email and booking systems to mange reservations for guests.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
