JOB SUMMARY

The Specialist Tours Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of tour operations, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our clients. This role involves managing tour logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and leading a team of tour guides. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel and a deep understanding of the tourism industry, coupled with exceptional organisational skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in tour management or a related field within the tourism industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, cultural insights, and local attractions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams or projects.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and software relevant to the tourism sector is advantageous.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are crucial for success in this role.

    Pay: £18,315.00-£47,804.70 per year
