Responsibilities:
- MUST Speak Chinese and English.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office excel & word.
- Arranging & Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, transportations, and activities, etc.
- Preparing daily tour assignments including tour group manifests, attractions reservation, vehicle allocations, itinerary changes, Driver orders, hotel allocations, and specific guest requirements.
- Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates.
- Bookings, database management and entry, invoicing, guest details.
- Review all travel documents to ensure all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
- Updating clients during the trip regarding any changes in schedules or itineraries
- Managing the group’s schedule, including booking appointments with local merchants or businesses.
- Communicating with clients and providing them with information about travel plans and activities
- Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
- Providing information about hotels, restaurants, entertainment options, and other travel-related topics.
