About the Job We are partnered with a confidential, high-profile live entertainment organization on the search for a Touring & Logistics Administrator to support domestic and international touring operations. This role sits within the touring and operations function and focuses on execution, coordination, and administrative support across all active tours. The position works closely with internal leadership and external partners to ensure logistics, schedules, and documentation are accurate, organized, and moving on time. This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives behind the scenes and takes pride in keeping complex operations running smoothly. The Mandate This organization is very clear about what it is—and is not—seeking. They are not looking for a director-level strategist or a lead negotiator. They are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrator who is comfortable owning logistics, tracking details, and supporting touring operations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role requires follow-through, responsiveness, and discretion. Key Responsibilities Coordinate travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries for tours Maintain tour calendars, routing documents, contact lists, and internal trackers Support show advancement by collecting and distributing schedules, production details, and required materials Coordinate with venues, promoters, agents, and vendors to confirm logistics and gather required information Track tour contracts, deal memos, and documentation to ensure completeness and accessibility Assist with tour expense tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation Provide administrative and logistical support during active tour periods, including day-of-show support as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Ideal Profile 4+ years of experience in tour administration, live events, entertainment operations, or logistics coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfortable managing multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously Reliable follow-through and accountability Proficient with Google Workspace and shared documentation systems Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Willingness to travel as required Location & Work Model 5x Onsite Per Week in West Hollywood Office Location Compensation Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000 Bonus: Performance-based, aligned with level and experience Interested?
