The Role: We’re searching for an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) who lives and breathes tourism, and hospitality PR. Do you love speaking in front of audiences – whether on the stage or on the phone? Excited to become buddies with top media? Quick on your feet? Have a passion for the travel industry? Then this position is for you! This hybrid role (3-4 days/week in NYC office) is perfect for someone who thrives on both independence and collaboration—and loves a little adventure in their work. Qualifications: 1 year of PR experience at a public relations firm in the U.S. Passion for researching story ideas and writing pitches Confidence in pitching media on the phone and a track record of media placements Strong presentation skills Experience in tracking media placements and reporting public relations success Impeccable organization BA/BS required Valid driver’s license required Applicants must be U.S. citizens or have all necessary approvals to live/work in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship Benefits Competitive salary: $47k – $53k Open-book management Performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match: 4% Flexible PTO, paid holidays (11), Office closes for a week at the end of the year Parental leave (12 paid weeks) Hybrid work environment: 3-4 days/week in the office
