Jannat Tours is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tour Sales Executive to manage and convert leads into confirmed bookings for both inbound and outbound tourism services, including chauffeur services, visa assistance, and tour packages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in travel or tourism sales
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Familiarity with UAE tourism products and outbound destinations
• CRM experience (Kommo or similar) preferred
• Professional, persuasive, and service-minded personality

• Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, Meta, email, and CRM
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Sell a wide range of services:
• UAE-based experiences (Desert Safari, Yacht Tours, Cruises)
• International packages and visas
• Chauffeur and airport transfers
• Maintain lead pipeline and follow-up efficiently
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking handovers
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales communication
