Today we are looking for a ToV Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate capture, reconciliation, and reporting of HCP/HCO spend and Transfers of Value for transparency reporting. This role is central to maintaining compliance with local regulations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting audit‑ready documentation across multiple systems and stakeholders. YOU WILL Reconcile payments, expenses, and financial data related to HCP/HCO activities across multiple systems. Validate, complete, and maintain ToV data in the system of record, including attendance, fees, meals, CoS, and other spend categories. Aggregate data and support preparation of transparency reports in line with local regulatory frameworks. Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information; coordinate corrections with relevant teams. Maintain audit‑ready documentation, exception logs, and evidence supporting transparency reporting. Collaborate with finance, compliance, medical, and operational teams to ensure accurate and complete reporting. Support continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and system workflows. 3–5 years of experience in transparency reporting, finance operations, data management, or compliance analytics. Knowledge of transparency regulations (e.g., Sunshine‑type, EFPIA‑type frameworks). Strong Excel and data‑handling skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with large datasets, identify anomalies, and drive corrective actions. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Fluency in English and other foreign language is nice to have. Proactive, structured, and compliance‑driven approach to work.
