Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday weekends off!!! with morning and evening shifts available CALL: 269-408-6738 8am to 6pm daily Job Overview An on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company is looking for a Logistics Driver / Flatbed Tow Operator. Your main job is to safely recover company vehicles, transport them using flatbed equipment, and support daily logistics operations. This role requires a valid Class C driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. What You’ll Do Recover company vehicles safely on public roads Tow and transport loads between 10,001–26,000 lbs (flatbed GVWR: 20,000 lbs) Secure loads properly and transport them safely Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow all DOT regulations Communicate clearly with dispatch and ground teams Operate flatbed towing equipment, including winching Keep accurate driving logs and hours-of-service records Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fuel, oil, tires, minor repairs) Work with logistics and other teams to support operations Requirements Valid Class C driver’s license High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to get in and out of the truck often and lift up to 35 lbs Must meet DOT physical/medical standards Must pass background check and drug test Clean driving record (no moving violations) Skilled in operating heavy/large vehicles 2+ years flatbed towing experience (preferred) Flexible with work hours Strong communication and organization skills Team player and hands-on problem solver Able to work in changing or unclear situations Why This Job Matters You will play a key role in recovering and transporting company vehicles as the organization shifts from research and development to commercial service.
