We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as Tow Truck Driver - Day Agent. Take off when you want, however it fits your schedule. What You'll Do: Respond to towing and relocation requests from private properties and law enforcement agencies. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and impound lot at all times. Track impound lot inventory. Manage vehicle organization on the lot. Transport vehicles between lots as required to support operations. Stage vehicles to support auction events. Document vehicle condition by obtaining high-quality photographs. Interact professionally and courteously with vehicle owners, property managers, and law enforcement officials. Requirements What You'll Need: Ability and willingness to works nights/weekends Must be at least 23 years old - insurance requirement Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Acceptable Driving History: Drivers must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 23 years of age Must have been licensed to drive for at least 3 total years No suspension for any reason within the last 5 years (including child support) No more than 3 total moving violation s within the last 3 years, including seatbelt violations No more than 1 of any moving violation type within the last 3 years (example - 2 speeding tickets not acceptable) No more than 1 accident within the last three years No more than 4 non-moving violations within the last 3 years (example - parking tickets, registration, and INCLUDING improper equipment None of the following major violations within the last 5 years: driving without a license, careless or reckless driving. anything drug or alcohol related, driving out of class, speeding in school or work zone, speeds 20 mph+ over the speed limit, leaving scene of accident , failure to stop for school bus/emergency vehicle, racing/drag racing Apply now and embark on a rewarding career with Integrity Towing Solutions!
