We focus on professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer care. Towing is expanding our team of capable and motivated Tow Truck operators in the heart of downtown Vancouver. What we’re looking for:

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers & customers.
• Provide our customers with professional, friendly and outstanding service.
• Be able to prioritize, multitask and remain flexible in continually changing situations.
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
• Min 2 years professional driving experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail & work ethic.
• Basic mechanical knowledge would be an asset.
• Fluent in English.
• Available to work 9-hour shifts.

What you can expect:

• Driving and operating a service one ton or flat deck for loading/towing vehicles.
• Responding to various calls such as basic tows, recoveries, police calls, private property impounds, tire & battery services, vehicle un-locks and vehicle transports.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and service providers with a professional & friendly attitude.
• Load/unload vehicles from various equipment. This may include the use of chains, winch, wheel scoops and dollies and other equipment.
• Use of mobile phone dispatching application to accept & complete jobs.
• Complete invoices & daily paperwork as required.
