SKILLS

  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage vehicle loading and unloading efficiently.
  • Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required for operating tow trucks safely.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on arrival times and service details.
  • Perform minor automotive repairs or adjustments when necessary to ensure safe transport of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including documentation of vehicle conditions and any incidents that occur during towing.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Employee should be available 24/7.
