SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Airdrie. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient towing services, contributing directly to our mission of helping those in need. The ideal candidate will embody our core values while delivering exceptional service.

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service during roadside assistance calls.
• Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding job status.
• Assist customers with vehicle recovery in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Qualifications
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Air brake Endorsement
• This is Commission Pay so productivity is reflected in pay.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to towing operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in commercial driving preferred.
• Basic automotive repair skills are an asset.
• Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
