SUMMARY

City Wide Towing has an opening available for a Full Time Light or Medium Duty Wrecker Operator at our Red Deer office. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional towing and recovery services to our clients. This position requires a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and the ability to operate various towing equipment effectively. BASIC/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License with Q Endorsement (preferred)
• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the automotive or towing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Red Deer and area
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Able to maintain records and provide reports
• Recent criminal record check (employer-paid)
• Recent driver’s abstract (employee-paid)
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and fit-to-work test
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Legally entitled to work in Canada

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Air brakes certification is an asset (Q Endorsement)
• Previous towing experience is an asset
• Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
• Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic

• Operate towing vehicles safely and efficiently to recover vehicles as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients during their time of need.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding job status and updates.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site.
• Assist with minor automotive repairs when necessary.
• Use and manage E-Logs.
