Join the KurSpa team at Sparkling Hill Resort! We currently have openings for full-time and part-time positions as a KurSpa Towel Service Attendant (evening shift), and are looking for a friendly, positive and responsible candidate to fill the position.
This position reports to KurSpa Manager, Assistant KurSpa Manager and Attendant Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional guest service skills - remaining calm and courteous at all times - in addition to excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Previous spa, hospitality and/or guest service experience is preferred.
• Successful candidates will be highly responsible and reliable as well as comfortable working independently, with little direct supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Constant standing will be required throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

• Maintain the towel exchange program.
• Assist guests with exchanging towels.
• Maintaining the towel exchange space cleanliness and stock.
• Communicate with Spa Attendant team on needs for the exchange and any guest requests.
• Ensure relaxation and enjoyment of the guests in the KurSpa
• Ensure guests are exhibiting proper KurSpa etiquette and monitoring for cellphones, devices and alcohol; monitor noise levels in areas of relaxation and respond to concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments and KurSpa amenities/policies in order to accurately advise guests.
• Other tasks as assigned.
