Status:  Full-Time Year Round Pay Rate:  $18 hourly Hours/Days:  8 am - 4:30 pm.  Sunday - Thursday I. Summary of the main function/purpose of the position: To perform tower, Lifestyle Center, and grounds common area maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspections. II. Key Principal duties/responsibilities (5-8): * Daily tower and grounds inspections * Common area repairs * Equipment PM inspections * Tower common areas cleaning * Maintain tower supplies inventory * Tower punch list repairs Occasional duties or projects which may be performed at irregular intervals: · Unloading trucks · Hurricane preparation · Assist unit maintenance in units · Any other tasks as assigned by the management III. Accountability: Areas in which the position is accountable/responsible: Records: Work orders, and inspection reports. Safety: Perform all tasks in a safe manner. Customer Service: Assist customers with any questions/needs. Dept. Specific: Tower common area maintenance and upkeep. IV. Supervisory Responsibility: None V. Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements: High school diploma required. Technical vocational training is preferred. Specialized or technical educational requirements: · General cleaning skills. · Maintenance skills: painting, drywall, light electrical, mechanical skills, general technical knowledge, door hardware. · Ability to read and write clearly. Certification or licensing requirements: Valid Florida Driver’s License VI. Specialized equipment or machines used in the course of the duties of the position. Floor machine, hand tools, power tools, power equipment such as scissor lift, power blower, etc. VII. Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk. The employee is often required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
