Description
Responsibilities Conduct research to identify property development opportunities along existing and future railway lines Manage the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development, including conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non-statutory submissions Manage multi-disciplinary consultants on planning, urban design, and technical assessments, such as traffic and environmental aspects Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non-statutory proposals Liaise with stakeholders and partners in project planning and implementation stages Requirements Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years at supervisory level Possession of Corporate Membership of Hong Kong Institute of Planners or a recognised planning professional institution Good management and communication skills with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
