My Local Authority Client in Devon is looking to source an experienced DM Town Planner to join their Development Management Team, with the Planning Department.
The Role:
In this role you will be working on your own caseload of mainly smaller applications, including Householder & Minors.
You will be allocated a mixture of backlog applications as well as receiving fresh new applications.
You will be required to work independently, assessing your applications, whilst producing you reports in an efficient and timely manner.

Hybrid working is offered by our client, however some office presence and site visits will likely be needed/required.
