A true toy lover—you don’t just play with toys; you live and breathe them (and not just LEGO!). 3–5 years of industry experience, with a poolio that shows your journey from first sketch to final product. A problem-solver with initiative, creativity, and sharp aention to detail. You love to communicate through cute sketches, from quick doodles that spark a concept to polished renderings that wow the team. Bring your ideas to life through digital sculpting/modelling would be a big plus, we make hands on product and love prototyping. A hands-on creator who can sketch and build ideas into reality. An outgoing, energetic personality with a great sense of humour (we’re all about fun, aer all!). A collaborative team player who listens, shares, and lis others up. Experience juggling multiple projects and keeping schedules on track. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills. We make physical, actual products – Not a UI/UX. A design degree or equivalent is a plus, not a must have but your skills and passion matter most. Your work should speak for itself.
