What You’ll Do Lead the Team Keep your crew motivated, upbeat, and ready to crush goals. Celebrate wins — big or small! Set clear targets and help your team achieve them. Handle challenges with professionalism and positivity. Drive Sales Set and smash sales goals. Create an environment where selling feels natural and fun. Deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back. Partner with your Area Sales Manager to maximize performance. Build Your Squad Hire, train, and grow a high-energy team. Coach with kindness and accountability. Manage schedules, payroll, and performance — with a focus on development and teamwork. Keep It Running Smoothly Oversee daily operations, from cash handling to inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment. Follow company policies and mall guidelines. Protect company assets and prevent loss. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of retail management experience. A proven record of hitting (or exceeding) sales goals. A natural ability to motivate, lead, and inspire. Great communication and organizational skills. Able to work a flexible schedule(nights, weekends, holidays) A flexible, upbeat attitude — you roll with change and keep things positive. Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills, and confidence with Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and a love for great customer experiences. The Details You’ll spend plenty of time on your feet, moving, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and helping guests. You’ll work closely with your team — expect lots of interaction, laughter, and shared wins.
