Determine customers’ needs by asking questions and listening. · Learn Toyota’s entire product line and professionally present vehicle features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models. · Develop buyers by maintaining contact with previous and new customers; also, by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions. · Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or leases; explain provisions; offer services, warranties and basic financing knowledge. · Refer customers to Sales Manager and Finance Department as appropriate. · Maintain current job knowledge of product and industry by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications. · Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty. · Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business and referrals. · Participates in sales meetings and training provided to you.
