Requirements Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Collaborate with and support team members to promote a positive, team-oriented environment Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service throughout the service process Act as a trusted liaison between customers and the service department Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of import service advisor experience required (Toyota or Lexus experience strongly preferred) Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems; CDK experience is a strong plus Strong computer skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License Benefits: 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance.
