Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our successful residential property team is very busy, and we are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join us. The role would be based in our Woking office, with the ability to work from home 1 day per week.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Paralegal experience gained within a property team, ideally with a mix of residential and commercial property focus.
  • Administration of cases from inception to closure.
  • Direct support to your supervising Fee Earner, or group of Fee Earners if applicable.
  • Providing quotes for clients, dealing with follow up calls, ID checks, compliance, initial letters, contract preparation, Sale Ready.
  • Run cases on behalf of the supervising Fee Earner(s) through our case management system.
  • Maintain diary entries of key dates, K17, OS1, completions.
  • Maintain client and introducer contact and assist the supervising Fee Earner in building and maintaining relationships
  • Provide admin support to the wider team when necessary, manage the post on a daily basis.
  • Take an active role in B Corp initiatives run by the firm as well as others that benefit the community and/or the environment and to ensure appropriate working practices and procedures are followed to enable the firm to meet its B Corp targets and fulfil its B Corp obligations.
