Role: •Proposed designation - Executive •Role type - Supervisory •Reporting to - Assistant Manager Roles & responsibilities Base Expectations Project Delivery Proven academic excellence in Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Concepts. Experience in financial and economic research. Preferably has a basic understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking process including working on global transfer pricing databases (preferred if candidate has working knowledge of Eikon/Bloomberg) Preferably has a basic understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation process including working on update reports, industry analysis and economic analysis. Excellent knowledge of MS Office – specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Practice Management Meeting deadlines Drafting minutes of the meetings and taking detailed notes in technical client calls. Being role models for peers Adhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policies Stretch Expectations Project Delivery Completing projects in a timely manner with a good quality Able to work on multiple projects Practice Management Showing ownership and proactively adding value to team wide initiatives Displaying strong presence and impact in the wider team This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Graduation /Post-Graduation / Chartered Accountant/MBA Work experience A minimum of 1 to 3 years of transfer pricing experience (preferred if in Financial transactions) Preferred technical & functional skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Proficiency in mining data from databases and resources Key behavioral attributes/requirements Exceptional communication skills and strong Analytical ability. Target driven and customer focus. Solution focus mindset Attention to detail - Quality and time conscious Work collaboratively with the onshore teams and deliver quality services by enforcing quality and KPMG standards.
